This privacy policy explains what information Diagnostack ("we", "us", the "Site") collects when you visit https://diagnostack.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what control you have over it.

If you send a message through our contact page or by email, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you. We do not add contact-form submissions to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent this information.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically record standard technical information when you load a page. This can include:

• The page you requested and the page that referred you

This Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Our guides link to external websites — manufacturer support pages, documentation, tools. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them. Their privacy policy governs once you leave Diagnostack.

The Site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The "Last updated" date at the top will always show when the current version took effect. Material changes will be announced on the site's home page.
